Useful information:

7:45 - Arrive on the beach (we will be setting up our big tent so please lend a hand)

8:00 - Warm Up Start Time

8:20 - Team Managers Meeting

8:30 - Officials Briefing and Competitors Hand Numbering

8:45 - Marshalling Start Time

9:00 - Event Start

Please bring: wetsuit, hi-vis vest, club cap with 200m badge sewn to the side (if you have it), black T-shirt and shorts for sand events, black swimwear, goggles, swim cap, towel, water bottle, healthy food and snacks, sunscreen, warm jacket or blanket
