This training day is aimed at athletes wanting to improve their technical skills on craft and in the water.  This is open to athletes from U11 to Masters. 

9am – Meet on the beach.  There will be a safety briefing (Use of the App for those coaching) and the outline for the day explained.  Athletes will be split into groups based on experience and ability.

9.30am Board. 10.30 – Swim and Canoe, 11.30 – Ski and Beach, 12.30 - BBQ
